You can have a great time at Pevensey Bay Holiday Park, with its entertainment venue, adventure playground and well-established nine-hole golf course, along with an exciting new indoor swimming pool.
Pevensey Bay is a much-lauded part of Sussex, close to the popular seaside town of Eastbourne, the rolling hills of the South Downs, and bohemian Hastings.
A walk along the beach will take you to the local shops, pubs and restaurants, while just a short drive away is the village of Pevensey, with its striking castle (now an English Heritage site).
Further along the coast are the towns of Bexhill-on-Sea and Eastbourne, with Sovereign Harbour Marina a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored there. The Towner, also in Eastbourne, is a stylish contemporary art gallery which is not to be missed - nor are The Observatory Science Centre and impressive Herstmonceux Castle, occupying the same grounds just a short drive away.
