Terms & Conditions
The holiday home is a 2024 36'ft x 12'ft 3 bedroom ABI Arizona or an alternative model of similar value chosen by Park Holidays UK. 12ft x 8ft Decking (or decking of similar value) to be supplied by DekBoard. Colours and product availability will be discussed with the winner upon selection. Entrants must be 18+. Closing date for entries is 31 December 2025. The competition entry drawn will win a holiday home sited at one of three Park Holidays UK locations. The draw will take place within one month of the closing date. The winner will be notified by phone/email. If we are unable to contact a winner to award the prize within 14 days of the draw date, the winner forfeits entirely their right to the prize, and we reserve the right to randomly select an alternative winner. By entering the competition, you agree to participate in marketing activities. You consent to the publication of your name, likeness in connection with the competition, which may include but is not limited to: use on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials as well as distribution to media outlets for publicity purposes. You agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities (e.g., video interviews, photo sessions) at our request, with no further compensation beyond the prize awarded. This promotion is run as part of the Park Holidays UK 'Win a Holiday Home Promotion'. No purchase necessary. A cash alternative will only be offered if the winner has bought a holiday home from Park Holidays UK, between January 2025 and December 2025. Only one entry per address.
