Holiday Home Owners go super-speed as parks offer beefed-up broadband

Owners of holiday homes at Park Holidays UK can look forward to buffer-free zones after a new high-speed broadband service was unveiled this spring.

The new service means we can now beam super-fast internet into every holiday lodge and caravan across over 50 parks, making smooth, uninterrupted streaming a reality for owners.

Whether it's viewing a Netflix film, talking to relatives on FaceTime, or posting a video of the day's adventures, the days of buffering and stuttering are now over.

The new service, will work especially well with the many who enjoy multiple breaks and longer stays in their holiday homes throughout the year.

Instead of having to close the door on decent Wi-Fi when they leave the house, owners will be able to look forward to speeds of up to 50mb on the park.

That's likely to match, or even outpace, many domestic broadband set-ups.

"This service represents a considerable investment for us, but we regard it as worthwhile because it can enhance considerably the holiday experience.

"We know from the volume of pictures and videos owners post online that they delight in sharing their holiday memories, so now we have a fantastic Wi-Fi product to match," added Tony.

The standard subscription package available to holiday home owners offers speeds of up to 30mb for up to 10 devices, and a generous 100gb of usage every month.

For owners wanting to achieve maximum download speeds of 50mb, the Ultimate package provides this across an unlimited number of devices and with no cap on usage.

Owners letting their holiday home through Park Holidays UK will receive a free 12-month standard internet subscription with the option to upgrade if they wish.

The company believes its super-fast internet will help fuel even greater demand for both pre-owned and brand new holiday homes over the coming months.

Prices range from under £15,000 for fully equipped "starter" holiday caravans, rising to £90,000-plus for spacious designer lodges in exclusive park developments.

With most parks open at least 50 weeks of the year, says the company, owners can enjoy as many visits as they like throughout the four seasons.
