With unlimited devices and average speeds of up to 50Mbps, all of the family can make use of this service.

Q. How much does it cost to have Internet installed?
A. The installation cost for Superfast Internet is £149. This will be charged to your Owner Account.
Q. How many devices am I able to connect?
A. You can connect unlimited devices in your holiday home.
Q. How long will it take to be installed in my holiday home?
A. Please allow up to two weeks for the installation to take place. The Holiday Services Manager will be able to confirm the installation date with you when booked.
Q. If I let my holiday home, will holiday guests be using my data allowance?
A. No, when you sign up your data is your own. Our holiday guests’ data will be accounted for separately.
Q. Is there a data limit?
A. The 'Standard Superfast' package limit is 100GB per month. However, if you upgrade to the 'Park Max' package it is unlimited.
Q. Is Wi-Fi available in all holiday homes?
A. Our parks offer Superfast Internet Wi-Fi in your holiday home and/or the park facilities. However, please note that due to the countryside or coastal locations of some of our parks, the quality of the Wi-Fi signal may vary at times.
