To ensure we maintain our position as leaders in the holiday industry and provide exceptional experiences for both our holiday home owners and guests, we've undertaken a significant investment initiative in recent years.
Our ongoing investment programme has involved substantial refurbishments across most of our parks. These include enhancing our facilities by constructing new leisure complexes, swimming pools, restaurants, and more. Additionally, we've allocated millions of pounds towards the creation of new and upgraded holiday accommodations and the development of new holiday home pitches.
We're thrilled that these investments have been warmly received by our customers with a substantial increase in satisfaction levels among both holiday home owners and guests each time we implement improvements. This positive feedback encourages us to continue with our commitment to enhancing our parks and overall offerings.

Holiday park investments for 2024
In 2024, we’re once again dedicated to enhancing the customer experience across several of our parks. Our focus remains on providing superior holiday accommodations, revitalising complexes, and introducing additional facilities such as swimming pools, steam rooms, and restaurants.
Additionally, we are excited to announce the creation of new holiday home developments within select parks. These developments will feature fantastic caravan and lodge pitches, offering exclusive and highly desirable holiday home locations.
