On the cusp of the Paignton area lies Waterside Holiday Park, with its spectacular views of the South Devon coastline and the ocean.
From its elevated position, you will enjoy stunning picture postcard views of the Torbay coastline, and it is close to the fabulous beaches and attractions of the famed English Riviera. Stay at Waterside and take a trip to beautiful Goodrington Sands, an award-winning Blue Flag beach ideal for swimming and topping up the tan.
On the park, you'll find a brand-new indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with the newly refurbished bar and restaurant which takes influence from the style of a traditional pub. During the summer, you can sit back and enjoy the scenic views of the bay on the raised terrace which is the perfect space for al fresco dining.
Waterside is renowned for its amazing setting, along with the famous Steam Railway that borders the park. With easy access out onto the headland, guests can walk through the tunnel under the Steam Railway to remarkable views of the Torquay coastline and coastal paths great for dog walkers and hiking. It's all here in this ideal Devon location.
The wonderful sights come courtesy of the hillside location so it's not particularly suitable for anyone who struggles with slopes, but don't worry, if you prefer your park to be on a flat surface we can thoroughly recommend our sister park, nearby Dawlish Sands. Our holiday accommodation is based on the flattest part of the holiday park, with parking in most areas just a short walk away.

Brand new venue, indoor pool and apartments
New in 2023
In 2023, we introduced a brand-new indoor swimming pool and jet pool, along with the newly refurbished bar and restaurant, which took influence from the style of a traditional pub, to create a cosy environment to spend time with family and friends.
During the warmer months, guests soaked up the spectacular views across the bay on the new raised terrace area which has been designed for al fresco eating and drinking, along with a convenient covered area when needed.
In addition to this exciting new facility-building makeover, the existing Smugglers Bar was beautifully converted into premium holiday apartments, each with its own outdoor space, creating a great holiday option for families looking for plenty of space to enjoy their holiday time together.
