    *Pitch fees are free for 2025 and 2026 seasons only on selected models. Fees for the 2027 season are billed in advance in September 2026. A pitch reservation fee is payable in October 2026 at applicable parks - this forms part of your 2027 pitch fees. 

    †Internet is provided by a third-party supplier. The included 'Standard  Superfast' package refers to download speeds of up to 30Mbps and a download limit of 100GB per month. You can upgrade for an additional charge per month. The supplier’s 'Park Max' package includes download speeds of up to 50Mbps and unlimited data (subject to acceptable use terms). Installation charges have an RRP of £149 at the time of print.

    ^£500 credit will be placed on owner’s Loyalty Card at parks with food and beverage facilities. £500 credit will be placed on owner’s account at parks without food and beverage facilities.

    #Minimum purchase price applies and available on selected ex-display models we have in stock. A holiday home cannot be used as your only or main residence. 

    **Guaranteed Letting requires a minimum of 6 weeks booked during the letting season. A sum equivalent to 50% of the current season (2024) pitch fee must be accrued as a contribution towards your 2026 pitch fee, invoiced late summer 2025.  Guaranteed Letting Income cannot be used towards the minimum deposit for finance purchases but can be used as an additional deposit contribution.

The offer is limited to one smart TV and soundbar per holiday home purchase and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Qualifying customers will receive a 50” 4K UHD Smart LED TV with HD Freeview and soundbar. The model and specifications of the smart TV and soundbar are subject to availability and may vary. We reserve the right to provide an equivalent or higher-value model if the stated items are unavailable.
